I've wanted to try this style of jewelry for awhile now, as I admired Stephanie's beads and jewelry design and now I can! Thanks for sharing your unique style and technics! Rating: - FABULOUS BOOK--SO HELPFUL & INSPIRING!I love this book! The author provides wonderful, easy-to-use illustrations, inspiring photos, and clear instructions. Her sense of color, whimsy, and design truly help one move beyond tried & true pieces. I have given many copies of this book to beginning beaders, especially those who want to learn the spiny necklace/bracelet pieces, which are such fun...and relatively easy to make after an initial learning curve. I can't afford many bead books--but this one is a must! Enjoy. Rating: - my reviewI was disappointed that there was not more varied examples in this book. Everything looks the same. Rating: - Nice designs. Pricey once you buy all of the beads for one project.I liked this book. I thought the designs were very pretty. The down side to this book though is that by the time you buy all the glass beads you need to make any of the designs you could have bought some pretty nice gemstone beads at a bead show or your local shop. Rating: - The Next Best Thing to Taking a Class with StephanieColorful, fun and funky - that's the jewelry style of Stephanie Sersich. Well known for her "Spiny Knotted Bracelet," Stephanie shares her youthful jewelry designs in a variety of projects. The famous Spiny is here along with easy to make knotted earrings and lovely embellished necklaces. If you haven't ever taken a class from the vivacious Ms. Sersich, this book is the next best thing.
